Lauren Cartwright has experience practicing since 1987, partnering with employers across the United States to create great workplaces. She is dedicated to helping her clients “do the right thing” under the law and their policies. Lauren’s practice includes:
Counseling employers on creating policies and practices that are legally compliant and make business sense, including creating handbooks, establishing human resource systems and providing ongoing daily partnership with and counseling to protect her clients and provide them with peace of mind;
Advocating for employers in litigation matters alleging discrimination, wage and hour violations and unfair competition, among others.
